A qualified Principal Food Safety Management Systems Auditor(Exemplar Global), and qualified trainer.

Carmel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Foods, being certified with Exemplar Global as a Principal Food Safety Management System Auditor.   Carmel also has qualifications in Management ,Events and is  a qualified trainer  . Having managed a number of catering operations she has an in depth understanding of food safety regulations , implementing food safety regimes and change management.

Sharon

A qualified chef and trainer, Sharon has experience in kitchen management and operations, her field of expertise being time management and customising Practices and Procedures to your facility.

Our other team members have experience in Commercial Catering , Fast Foods , Cafes and Cook Chill.
